An 18-yr-old Cork man has done the almost impossible by beating the world snooker champion Ronnie O’Sullivan at the European championship on Thursday night.
The young gun managed to race out to a 3 frames to 1 lead but was caught up with and even trailed the rocket by 3-4.
He kept his cool though and came back firing to win the decider and take it 5-4.
The snooker world is taking about Aaron today and his accomplishment. There’s only one thing left to say…
“Well done, boiii”.
? "One day I'm going to show him what I can do. I think today was the day."
Newly-turned professional @AaronHill147 (18) was thrilled just to be playing his childhood hero. But then to BEAT him?
