Grim prediction today, as experts believe that an extra 200,000 jobs might be lost by the end of the current week as the COVID-19 outbreak wreaks havoc with the economy.
About 140,000 jobs have already been lost.
In response to the catastrophe, the Irish Government said that it will pay €203 a week to those who have lost their jobs.
