British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced that ‘lockdown must continue’, shortly after returning to work today.
Mr. Johnson took ill with Covid-19 earlier this month and spent three nights in intensive care.
Speaking outside 10, Downing St. earlier today, he apologized for being away ‘longer than what he wanted’, and while he acknowledged that the UK ‘had made progress’, he insisted that the lockdown measures must remain in place for now.
