The true figure of worldwide Covid-19 cases could be ‘5 to 10 times higher’ than actually reported, according to a leading Australian doctor.
The comments were made by Australia’s Chief Medical Officer Professor Brendan Murphy today.
There have previously been reports of Covid-19-related deaths being ‘ignored’ or ‘not counted’ because the cause of death on the death certificate did not specifically mention the words ‘coronavirus’ or ‘Covid-19’, listing ‘pneumonia’, or other related causes instead.
