London Mayor Sadiq Khan has confirmed that 14 transport workers in the British capital have died from Covid-19-related causes.
The deceased include nine bus workers, three Transport for London (TfL) employees, a Tube worker and an employee for one of TfL’s suppliers.
Mr. Khan recently issued a desperate plea for people to use public transport only if absolutely necessary.
