Minister for Health Simon Harris has said that some restrictions might be lifted after May 5, following what he says is ‘incredible’ progress.
Mr. Harris added that he believes that Covid-19 now “contained and effectively suppressed,” according to the Irish Mirror.
The minister also said that ‘there will be no return to normal life in the short term.’
