Coronavirus outbreak: Passenger removed from flight at Dublin Airport tests negative for the virus

A passenger recently removed from a flight at Dublin Airport has tested negative for the coronavirus.

The individual in question was on board an inbound flight from Moscow after travelling there from China.

It is understood that medical authorities in full hazmat suits boarded the plane right after it landed and removed the passenger into an isolation facility.

The rest of the passengers were not allowed to disembark for a number of hours while the situation was assessed.

The death toll as a result of the coronavirus has risen to 360 worldwide.
