Almost 7,000 passengers and crew are stranded inside the cruise ship Costa Smeralda off the coast of Italy, after a Chinese couple fell ill while on board.
Authorities now fear that if the two individuals are sick with coronavirus, they may have already infected hundreds of other passengers.
Nobody is allowed off the ship for the time being.
