Budget clothing retailer Penneys has donated thousands of ‘care packages’ to patients and HSE workers.
The packages, which have been delivered to over 20 hospitals across Ireland, contain items such as leggings, t-shirts, underwear, socks, and pyjama sets, among others.
The donation is part of a global initiative to appreciate the efforts made by front line medical staff in the fight against Covid-19.
