It has emerged today that nine of the seventeen more recent fatalities arising from Covid-19 here in Ireland had no underlying health conditions.
A total of 71 people have now succumbed to the disease.
3,235 people have so far tested positive in the country, but this figure is expected to rise significantly over the next few days as testing continues.
