Vodafone has asked its office workers to work from home today in a test-run to see if things run smoothly should a bad coronavirus outbreak occur.
Likewise, Primark, known as Penneys, has asked all of its office staff from Parnell St in Dublin to work from home today for the same reasons.
Other companies such as Google and Indeed have also trialled similar moves in recent days.
