Coronavirus – WHO announce that there’s now more than 6,000 deaths worldwide from covid-19




The numbers of deaths from coronavirus worldwide are growing at a startling rate. It’s understood that the UK intend on measuring covid-19 by their death rate rather than how many confirmed cases they have in the United Kingdom.

Latest figures now sadly show that over 6,000 people worldwide have died as a result of Covid-19.

The figures come as Europe and the US has seen a spike in cases in recent days.

According to figures Italy, France and Spain have seen the biggest spike in cases in the past 24 hours.

Latest figures show that France recorded 29 deaths within the past 24 hours, whilst Italy recorded a further 368 deaths from the virus.

Meanwhile Spain has tragically seen its death toll doubling with the official number deaths now standing at 288.
