Brazil has reached a grim milestone as the country officially surpassed 600,000 coronavirus-related deaths.
The staggering death toll, which authorities believe to be far higher than the official figures, has been blamed on the ineptitude of the Brazilian leader Jair Bolsonaro.
Bolsonaro’s negligence and incompetence are only surpassed by that of the now disgraced former US President Donald Trump, who oversaw the death of over half a million people during his disastrous tenure in the White House.
