The British Government is said to be considering widespread temperature checks as a condition to easing lockdown.
The measure is one of the guidelines being considered to prevent a potentially deadlier second wave of coronavirus.
There have been increasing calls to lift the lockdown across the UK, but doing this too early might leave the entire country exposed to renewed infections.
Chris Whitty, Britain’s Chief Medical Officer, recently said that a second wave of Covid-19 might be ‘more dangerous than the first.’
Covid-19 has so far killed over 27,000 people in the UK.
