Covid-19: British officials propose the creation of ‘air bridges’ in an attempt to salvage this year’s summer holidays

A number of British officials have proposed the creation of ‘air bridges’ in an attempt to salvage this year’s summer holidays.

From this week, all inbound travelers to the UK must self-isolate for 14 days. Such measure has been received with dismay by many sectors, including hospitality and travel operators.

If established, air bridges would create ‘safe’ travel corridors to certain countries, to at least partially salvage the summer holidays.
