The Spanish Government will soon issue an order for face masks to be worn in the Balearic Islands at all times.
Up to now, masks had only been obligatory in closed public spaces and outdoor public spaces where social distancing would be difficult or impossible to maintain.
It is understood that face masks are now also mandatory across the Catalonian region.
