A food processing factory has been hit with no fewer than 80 coronavirus cases.
The facility in question, O’Brien Fine Foods plant in Timahoe, Co. Kildare, has now suspended all operations.
The recently appointed Taoiseach Micheal Martin yesterday said that Ireland might face ‘local lockdowns’ if Covid-19 cases continue to rise.
