Covid-19: Government ‘doubtful’ that everyone in Ireland will be vaccinated against coronavirus by the end of 2021

The Government is ‘doubtful’ that everyone in Ireland will be vaccinated against coronavirus by the end of 2021.

While the vaccination program has started in Ireland, supply is still nowhere near enough to make any real impact on the disease’s spread.

The Government has also said that the January 31 deadline to lift the current Level 5 lockdown restrictions might be extended, depending on the disease’s course by then.
