The Government is to meet on Friday to follow up on the instructions issued by the National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET).
It is expected that the agency effectively ruling Ireland will recommend the easing of some restrictions.
The lifting of the 8pm closing time for pubs and restaurants is said to be on the cards, as this latest random closure time has, obviously, not done anything to resolve the coronavirus situation as viral organisms do not work on a time-based schedule, as NPHET and the Government seem to believe.
