Covid-19: Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer pleads with people to ‘stay at home’ as the country’s coronavirus crisis deepens




Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Tony Holohan, is today pleading with people to ‘stay at home’ as the country’s coronavirus crisis deepens.

Dr. Holohan is ‘gravely concerned’ with the level of sickness across the country, which has been described as ‘unsustainable.’

As of today, there are 1,846 patients with severe Covid-19 symptoms across Irish hospitals.
