The Department of Health have confirmed this evening that there has been 3,498 new cases over the past 24 hours.
In an announcement the Department also sadly confirmed that there has been 50 further Covid-19 related deaths.
The latest figures now brings the overall case total to 166,548.
Meanwhile the overall death toll stands at 2,536.
