Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer is today recommending that people ‘revise’ their Christmas plans in the wake of a dire coronavirus situation.

The warning comes on a day where 938 more people have been diagnosed with coronavirus.

Health authorities are also saying that it’s very likely that the mutant strain of Covid-19 is already circulating around Ireland.
