Irish health authorities have reported 581 new coronavirus infections over the past 24h.
The coronavirus situation appears to be worsening quickly once again despite the intense vaccination campaign in Ireland.
Authorities have also reported that 17 people are currently in intensive care with Covid-19-related disease.
