Irish health authorities have reported just under 10,600 new coronavirus cases over the past 24h.
Official figures say that there have been 10,571 new infections confirmed in that period of time.
There currently are 896 people with severe coronavirus-related disease in Irish hospitals today. It’s unclear how many of these are ‘fully’ vaccinated.
