An Irish scientist has said that the current wave of coronavirus might have ‘peaked,’ though he says he can’t be sure.
According to Paul Moynagh, professor of immunology at Maynooth University, the omicron wave appears to be on the decline. This is obvious from the case numbers anyway, so anyone can see that.
Mr. Moynagh added that it’s probably time to start lifting restrictions.
