Lockdown conditions are likely to be eased further soon, but pubs are out of luck, as they will almost certainly remain shut for some time.
The comments came from the National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET), and were made during a meeting of the agency today.
The NPHET also said that, while they don’t foresee any more lockdowns, Ireland should be cautious to avoid a fourth wave.
