The Covid-19 pandemic has literally rained on the traditional St. Patrick’s Day festivities, forcing the nationwide cancellation of the parades for a second year running.
Instead, the celebrations will be ‘virtual’ through a ‘St. Patrick’s Festival TV channel (SPF TV)’ broadcast by RTE.
