The National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET) has warned the Government that waiting too long to take action poses a ‘great risk.’
NPHET was now wisely advised the Government twice that an immediate move to Level 5 lockdown is needed to curb the spread of coronavirus. The Government has so far done nothing but move the country to Level 3, which has not achieved anything.
The three leaders are due to meet today to make a decision on NPHET’s recommendation.
