A nursing home in an Irish county has been put under urgent lockdown after coronavirus outbreak among fully vaccinated staff and residents.

The Laurel Lodge Nursing Home in Longford is now off limits to visitors after 12 people tested positive for coronavirus.

It is understood that all of these people were fully vaccinated.

The Irish Government still insists that the vaccines ‘work’.
