Intel have confirmed that the main contractor on their new site are working with the relative public health authorities following a Covid-19 outbreak.
According to RTE News, the outbreak occurred amongst workers on the site in Leixlip, Co Kildare.
It is reported that there has been 70 cases at the site.
RTE News, reports that the main contractor at the site is in liaison with the relative public health authorities and all workers have been informed of the situation.
It is believed that contact tracing is being carried out amongst the confirmed cases.
