Covid-19: Pubs in Northern Ireland will not reopen until September 1 at the earliest




Pubs in Northern Ireland will not reopen until September 1 at the earliest.

The announcement comes after it emerged that the R number there might be as high as 1.8.

Here in the Republic, the number of new infections has been creeping up over the last two weeks, prompting the Government to postpone the move to Phase 4.
