There are now rumors of a new inter-county travel ban as Ireland’s coronavirus situation deteriorates further.
Over 1,100 new infections were confirmed today again, and some in the medical profession believe that Ireland could soon be looking at more than 6,000 new daily cases in just a few short weeks.
Consequently, there are hints that Ireland might return to banning inter-county travel again as the country deals with the Delta variant.
