Budget airline Ryanair has hired additional staff to deal with the refunds issue.
The company is in the process of refunding passengers for cancelled flights due to the pandemic. The issue of refunds has caused significant controversy, as Ryanair initially offered travel vouchers in lieu of monetary refunds, which led to considerable backlash and criticism.
According to Ryanair, all outstanding refunds from March have been cleared, and the company is working its way through April’s.
