Covid-19: There’s now a total of 3,025 confirmed cases of coronavirus on the island of Ireland

The HSE announced on Saturday evening that there was 200 new confirmed cases of coronavirus in the Republic of Ireland with another fourteen people dying.

It brings the total in the Republic of Ireland to 2,615 with the government expecting a 30% increase daily from this week.

There’s 57% of men with coronavirus and 43% of women with the average age being 45.

Meanwhile in the north, there were 86 new confirmed cases today bringing the total in Northern Ireland to 410 with six more people dying there in the last 24 hours.

It means that as of Monday morning, there are now 2,769 confirmed cases across the island of Ireland.
