Cranberries pay tribute to lead singer Dolores O’Riordan on the fourth anniversary of her death

Dolores O’Riordan was commemorated by her band the Cranberries as four years pass since her death.

According to the Metro, O’Riordan, the lead singer of the band died at 46-years-old, leaving family, friends and fans completely devastated.

On her anniversary, the band shared a photo of O’Riordan on Twitter, together with a loving message that read:

 “It’s been four years since we lost our beautiful friend and singer Dolores.  You are always with us, ‘D’, forever in our hearts.”

The tweet was replied to by lots of their fans, with some writing about how much they loved Dolores’ distinctive voice.  Others spoke about the amazing impact the band had had on music globally.

The Cranberries were a pop sensation who wrote fantastic songs over a period of two decades.  Their final album, In The End, used vocals that O’Riordan herself recorded in the weeks before her death.
