The cycle of violence continues in London, after four separate stabbing incidents and one fatal shooting in a space of 12 hours.
A male in his late teens died of stabbing injuries on Friday afternoon near Deeside Road in Wandsworth, south-west London. Six men have been arrested in connection with that incident.
A fatal shooting took place also on Friday afternoon in Hartville Road in Plumstead. It is understood that a teenage male died of gunshot wounds.
Three men sustained stabbing injuries during a fight that broke out early on Saturday morning in Bedford Road in Clapham.
London mayor Sadiq Khan has referred to the events as ‘sickening.’
