The daughter of missing Swords woman Bernadette Connolly has made an emotional appeal for help in the search, asking anyone with information to come forward so that her mother can be found.

According to RTE, Jade Connolly spoke at Donabate beach, near where her mother was last seen on January 7th.  Asking for assistance from the public, she said:-

“I just appeal to anyone who has maybe photographs from the beach that day, or any dash cam footage or maybe even CCTV if they are in a house nearby.”

“How no one has seen anything, you know is just really beyond me and that’s why I’m here, I’m here to appeal to people, whatever little detail… please it’s not little, anything will help.”

Bernadette Connolly is described as being 5’ 6” (1.68m), slim and tall.  She has hazel eyes and long black hair.   She was last sighted near Donabate Beach and Gardai would like to hear from anyone who might have seen her near the carpark of the Shoreline Hotel in Donabate, or indeed anyone who might have been on the beach on Friday 7th January.

Members of the public who have any information are asked to contact their nearest garda station.
