A Delta Airlines Boeing 747-400 made an unscheduled stop at Shannon airport this afternoon after a fire alarm went off onboard.
The flight, carrying 392 people, originated in Atlanta, bound for Amsterdam.
The plane landed safely at Shannon Airport at 2.48pm. All passengers and crew disembarked the aircraft, but no fire was found.
