The Department of Health have confirmed that there has been 255 further Covid-19 cases over the past 24 hours.
In an announcement the Department also confirmed that there has been one further Covid-19 related death.
The latest figures now brings the overall case total to 30,985.
Meanwhile the overall death toll stands at 1,784.
It is understood that 156 cases were reported in Dublin.
