Disgraced P&O Ferries is facing a criminal probe over the dismissal of 800 staff without notice.
The company sacked hundreds of staff so they could be replaced with cheaper labor from overseas.
The new staff is on £5.50 an hour, well below the national minimum wage in the UK.
