A shocking video has emerged of a mother restraining a 13-yr-old girl before she tells her bully daughter to attack her.
The brawl took place in Turlock California last week, and saw a mother shout at her daughter to “hit her! It’s after school you can’t get in trouble”, to her daughter while holding onto the other girl.
The mother’s chant prompted the child to attack the other girl who could be heard screaming in pain.
The victim’s mother has said that the youngster had been slapped after standing up to the alleged bully and telling her to stop annoying and bullying her.
Speaking to Fox40, she said:
“It’s just terrible for a parent to watch that, it’s awful.
“You feel really guilty, I feel guilty, you know? I wish I would have been there to help her.”
The victim’s mother says that she’s absolutely furious with the mother who encouraged the vicious fight to start, and she’s going to press charges against her. She’s not overly mad at the woman’s daughter who smacked her daughter claiming the woman, the bully’s daughter, should have known better.
She says that the bully didn’t really want to hit her daughter but that her mother forced her to.
It’s understood that the local police department are working hard to bring the attackers to justice.
