The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has thanked those taking part in the vaccination programme.
In a tweet thanking vaccine administrators across the country Donnelly confirmed that a total of 3 million doses have been administered to date.
Donnelly said: “To all those working in our vaccine programme, administering the vaccine everyday, a special word of thanks.”
The Health Minister’s comments come as a total of 75,000 doses were administered over the weekend.
