Dublin Airport has stated that it cannot guarantee that massive queues will not happen again.
The facility has seen hours-long queues over recent days, leading to over 1,000 people missing their flights.
Transport Minister Eamon Ryan, in a rare display of willingness to do his job, appeared to take a tough stance on the situation, only to be told that it will likely happen again.
