
Dublin Fire Brigade have rescued six people from the River Liffey after they got into difficulties this afternoon.
It is understood that the six people who were in a boat got into difficulties in Islandbridge weir.
Dublin Fire Brigade say they were assisted in the rescue by the Trinity College Boat Club.

They added that no one was injured in the incident.
