Dublin publicans have been left reeling after it was confirmed that ‘wet’ pubs will not be allowed to open on Sept. 21 after all.
The capital has seen a huge increase in coronavirus cases over the last few weeks, prompting the Government to keep pubs shut for the foreseeable future.
The measure has been met with widespread opposition from publicans and representatives of the hospitality sector.
