The victim of the recent stabbing incident in Dublin has been named locally as Peter Donnelly.
Mr. Donnelly was stabbed after a row broke out near the Gresham Hotel in O’Connell St. just after 1.30am on Tuesday night.
It is understood that the victim walked along O’Connell St. for a short time before collapsing from his wounds. He was rushed to hospital but died shortly afterwards.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
