In an emotional interview on the last ever Saturday night show on RTE, Michelin Star Chef Dylan McGrath gave a very personal interview about his childhood and his mother.
He spoke about growing up in West Belfast and how his mother had a massive influence on his success.
He went on to say that he has belief in his abilities because of his mother teaching him he could do whatever he likes.
Through a bad back and painkiller medication, the chef gave a very touching and emotional interview.
Meanwhile Brendan O’Connor will hang up the chat show tonight as it’s the last ever Saturday Night Show. It’ll be replaced in the Autumn by a show with Ray D’Arcy.
