Police in the UK have confirmed that 18 people have been rescued after being found in the back of a refrigerated lorry.
It is understood that the group which consisted of 13 men and 5 women were rescued after they were discovered by the driver at service station on the A1M near Peterborough, on Tuesday morning.
Police investigating the incident say thankfully no one was injured and all those who were found inside the lorry have been taken into the care of immigration services.
According to Sky News, the driver of the lorry immediately alerted police after noticing the people onboard.
