Eircom have reported major outages to their phone services across the country.
It is reported that this loss of service is affecting mobile customers including meteor and emobile, as well as landlines and customers with ISDN lines.
Emobile and meteor customers calls are unable to connect to technical support and those who attempt to call have been receiving messages to notify them of the issues connecting.
Company representatives have stated; “To our customers, we have been advised of a major issue affecting mobile and landline services within our network”.
They are not sure as to the cause of these issues and are unsure of when their services will again be available.
