Electric Ireland customers will see a price increase in the coming weeks ahead as the company confirmed that it is raising prices by 4% on April 1st.
In a move which will electricity and gas prices increase, Electric Ireland say they have no option to increase prices due to overall wholesale energy costs.
It is expected that electricity customers will be paying an extra €3.20 per month, whilst gas customers could pay an extra €2.50 per month on top of their current bill.
